DIRECTIONS

Travelling either northbound or southbound on the M6 leave the motorway at junction 19 (Mere) and take the A556 sign- posted for Manchester. At the junction with the M56 take the second exit off the roundabout along Dunham road (A56). Stay on A56 for approx 11/2 miles, past Altrincham and passing The Cresta Court Hotel on your right. Straight on through the lights on to a short stretch of dual carriageway and continue through 4 sets of Traffic lights. (ignoring pelican crossings). Then take lst left into Lindsell Road (St. Albans Church is on main road corner) Church Hall is 150 yards down on left

Travelling via the M62/60 motorway leave at junction 8 on the M60 signposted Altrincham & Manchester. This slip road takes you to a roundabout. Go through this and take the second slip road, junction 7 on your left. This very long slip way runs parallel to the motorway and takes you to the junction with the A56. At the lights turn right onto the A56 and continue for approximately 4 miles until you come to a railway bridge over the road, then take 1st right. Lindsell Road. (St. Albans Church is on the main road comer). Church Hall is 150 yards down on the left.

PLEASE PARK IN THE LARGE CAR PARKS AT THE HALL AND ADJACENT MEDICAL CENTRE. ON STREET PARKING MAKES LIFE DIFFICULT FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS.

Travelling by Public Transport, the Metrolink Rapid Transport System operates di­rectly from Piccadilly (British Rail) station to Timperley. The service runs at 6 min­utes intervals (journey time 25 minutes). On leaving the station, turn right onto Park Road, at the traffic lights (Manchester Road) turn left passing under the railway bridge then take 1st right. Lindsell Road. (St. Albans Church is on the main road cor­ner) Church Hall is 150 yards down on the left. Approx 25 minutes walk.

Society meetings are from 10 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. prompt.
